Every NBA Team Ranked by their Passing Ability

Who are the best passing teams in the NBA? Every time a player touches the ball, they have the opportunity to make a pass, therefore, we have created a touch-weighted passer rating for each team. Think of it as the average passer rating for the team for each of their offensive touches.

*Passer Rating

An estimate of the quality of a players passing Standardized Load + (Standardized Ast to Load Ratio * 3) + (Standardized Ast to Load Ratio (positional) / 1.75) - (Standardized TOV to Load Ratio * 2) + (Standardized Creation to Load Ratio / 2) + (Standardized Height / 5)

We take this number and then convert it to a 1-10 scale. Inspired by Ben Taylor's version of passer rating from Backpicks.com.
